NL - Wijchen - 18 August 2005 - At the International Consumer Electronics Show, IFA 2005, Ultima Electronics Corporation introduces new DVB-T products on their booth 123 at hall 25. Products for mobility lifestyle and also for home use, such as the smallest USB stick for digital TV reception and a mini Set-Top Box for home TV will be shown. Ultima Electronics Corp with it headquarters in Taiwan and branch offices in China, USA and Europe is a manufacturer of IT hardware and Consumer Electronics. Ultima sells its products under the ARTEC R brand. From award winning scanrom, world's first mini scanner, optical disk drive series to Digital TV receivers and 7” TV/ DVD players, Ultima has successfully created innovative products. Recently Ultima has launched a high design, retro look and easy-to-carry DVB-T/ DVD player with additional Analogue TV/ FM Radio Tuner named T21. With this product people are able to extend their recreational life and enjoy TV, Radio and DVD indoor and outdoor. The T21 is even suitable for in car use. With the provided car strap the T21 can be fastened at the back of the headrest. In this way passengers at the back seat of the car can be entertained while travelling. At IFA visitors will meet the smallest USB DVB-T Stick from Ultima. It is just about the size of two fingers. This product called T14 is an evolution of the T1 USB DVB-T Box. When the T14 is inserted to the USB port of a Notebook or PC, the T14 will automatically search and pick up terrestrial signals broadcasted by TV and Radio stations. In regions were DVB-T is available you can have over 20 TV and Radio channels and watch them on your Notebook or PC. It is also possible to save your favourite programs with the T14 and watch them another time. The T14 enables you to enjoy High Definition TV (HDTV) with the advantages of sharper pictures, greater audio experience. Another DVB-T product to be revealed at IFA is the T3, a mini Set-Top Box for receiving Digital TV signals for your home television. The T3 only weighs 75 g and fits on the palm of your hand. Simply connect the device to your TV set and roof top aerial, after installation you can watch your favourite DVB-T programs. IFA Berlin is opened for visitors from 2 September till 7 September 2005.
