How to install
Digital TV application program?

The
installation sequence is:
a. Click "Installation Digital TV Application" on the auto-run
menu.
b. Then click "Install Digital TV Driver".
c. Then re-connect TV Box.

a. Please make
sure TV Box has been successfully connected with USB cable.
b. After plugging USB cable to PC, wait a moment for operating system to
find new hardware.
c. Please re-connect your USB cable if no response.
d. Please connect your USB cable to another USB port.
e. Please remove the Digital TV driver and re-install again.

Channels can not be
found after auto-scan?

a. Please
make sure that antenna has been successfully connected to TV Box.
b. Please check that signal indicator on the application program has
reached 3 degrees. If not, please adjust your antenna position to have
better signal reception.

a. Please
make sure the (VGA) card driver has been installed.
b. Please make sure that Microsoft Direct X 9.0b has been installed.
c. Disable the (VGA) card hardware acceleration function, then open the
application again.
d. Run the Digital TV software and disable hardware acceleration
function.
e. If you have followed item a&b, but the problem still persisted,
please enter the BIOS setting to adjust (VGA) memory size as large as
possible.
f. Please adjust the (VGA) card screen resolution to 800*600 and color
quality to medium(16bit).

Something's wrong with the audio setting, please follow the steps
for checking.
a. Click "my computer"
b. select "control panel"
c. select "sounds, speech and audio devices"
d. select "sounds and audio devices"
e. select "advanced"
f. check the wave function item is enable not disable and adjust the volume
control.
